A100L2/E and A100L2/H analog/voltage output anemometers |
|

| ** NEW PRODUCTS **
|
The A100L2/E and A100L2/H are versions of the established A100L2 anemometer where the analog/voltage output signal is larger, and more stable vs temperature, and are suitable for interfacing to a variety of industrial/measuring equipment where a 0..5v signal is required. Features:
> A100L2/E: 0..5v = 0..50 Knots analog output voltage signal (overranges to approx 8.5v at 85 Knots).
> A100L2/H: 0..5v = 0..50 m/s analog output voltage signal (overranges to approx 7.5v at 75m/s).
> Low Power Consumption.
> 10 to 28V DC powered.
> Good temperature-stability of analog voltage output signal (improved compared to the A100L2 model).
> Same rotor/cups and dynamic performance as A100L2 ("First Class").
> Stable reference/energisation voltage to power a W200P windvane (to obtain a 0..5V wind direction signal too).
> Available with most A100 Series Anemometer Options, including HE4 anti-icing heaters, PC3 anti-surge, SE option etc.
> Compatible with all A100 Series anemometer mountings.
> Alternatives to the older/discontinued/obsolete "A100 Porton" and "A100H Porton" anemometer models.
The A100L2/E and A100L2/E anemometer models are ideal for applications requiring a voltage/analog signal proportional to windspeed, but where the signal from the existing A100L2 model is too small.
|
Note: The A100L2/E and A100L2/H do not provide a pulse/frequency output signal.
Construction is from anodised aluminium alloys, stainless steels and weather resisting plastics for exposed parts. Precision corrosion resistant ball-races and a stainless steel shaft enable the R30 rotor response to produce a highly sensitive yet robust instrument suitable for continuous exposure to the weather.
Options for this anemometer include:/PC3 Anti-Surge protection/HE-4 Internal Anti-Icing Heater/HE-1 & /HE-2 External/Retrofit Anti-Icing Heaters/WR Marine Version
Note: /WR, /HE-1 and /HE-2 are not recommended for high precision applications.
The recommended mounting adaptors for use with this instrument are our type 405 and 405-1 series.
Vector Instruments A100L2 Anemometers are among the very few available having Class 1 performance ("First Class") according to the requirements of IEC and MEASNET standards.
