| Question: Why do you ask for my details in order to register and what do you use them for? |
|
|
If you wish to access some additional information on certain parts of this website, we ask that you register with us.
To do this, we ask that you fill in an online form where we simply ask for your contact details (name, company, address, phone/fax and email).
We ask for this information so that we are able to contact you to assist you in selecting the correct product for your needs. For example, there may be some information pertinent to your enquiry/application which is not on this website and which we may not be able to send to you electronically. In addition, should we have trouble sending information to an email address, we may have to post paper copies or fax them.
We may also occasionally use the details to notify you of significant news or when we have a new/improved product or some other important information to inform you of.
We will NOT be sending you large quantities of "newsletters" and we do NOT release any of the information to any third party unless you specificially authorise us to do so. For example, if we cannot fulfill your requirements we might be able to put you in touch with another company which we think could provided that we obtain your authorisation to do so.
If you do not wish to register to access the restricted parts of this website, you do not have to - simply phone, fax or email us directly and we will be pleased to provide you with assistance and information on any of our products.
Question: What information does this website store about me? Does it store cookies or other data? What information is logged about my acceses of this website?

We do not use information in cookies to track your browsing, neither do we store any personal information about you in cookies.
The only personal information we use/store is that information you give when you register on this website, or information contained in any enquiry that you send us (your details are required if we are to reply to your enquiry).
Your IP address, web-browser type, and pages accessed will be logged by our webserver (but this kind of logging is done by all websites). We do not use any such data to target advertising/content, nor do we sell the data to any third party.
The EU Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications
The EU Directive on Privacy and Electronic Communications (otherwise known as the EU E-Privacy Directive) requires that you are able to opt-out of allowing our website to store cookies (or other data) on your computer/device. You have the option to disable cookies in your web-browser for our website. Some parts of our website require you to "login" - it is not essential to access those areas. Disabling cookies might cause this website to operate incorrectly, and you will not be able to log-in to access additional content/downloads.
