RoHS, CE and UKCA:
 
July 2021 RoHS3 Update (EU RoHS2 Directive 2011/65/EU with 2015/863 Phthalates Amendment):
Starting 22 July 2021, our products all come into the scope of the EU RoHS3 Directive (RoHS2 with Phthalates amendment) and equivalent UK legislation. From this date, all newly manufactured products will be compliant, and will carry the CE Mark and UKCA Mark to indicate that they are compliant.

Note that some products are also within the scope of the EU EMC Directive and equivalent UK legislation, in which case the CE and UKCA Marks also confirm this.



July 2017 RoHS2 Update (EU Directive 2011/65/EU):
On July 22, 2017 any of our products which have "an electrical content/function" came into scope of RoHS2. We are confident that all affected products currently in manufacture are RoHS2 compliant and a CE Mark will be affixed to signify this as required by the EU RoHS2 Directive (2011/65/EU and relevant updates/revisions - RoHS2 is now a "CE Marking Directive"). Note that some products may also come into the scope of the EMC Directive, or LVD (and perhaps other Directives in the future) and the CE Mark will cover those too for any affected products as appropriate. Accessories (e.g. mounting adapters) that we manufacture for use with any of our products covered by RoHS2 are also now RoHS2 compliant, but we are not required by the EU Directive to CE Mark or certify those individual accessories.
